The Outlook OST Reporter freeware software shows the summary of OST file along with the overall statistics and usage. The application also displays the complete count of all the emails, contacts, calendars, notes, tasks, journals. A complete status report is generated by this program in CSV format. It allows the user to view the complete attachment details, details of top sender list, recipient list and its details, count of all the items yearly and folder wise. It also allows the user to navigate to the attachments tab to view the details of those attachments. The details of the top message senders can be viewed in the scanned OST file. This very detail includes sender's email address, a number of messages sent, and the size of the messages. The software also shows the list of top recipients also with the details of the sender by navigating to the top recipient tab. This Outlook OST Reporter utility generates a complete status report in the CSV file format with the option to either export all the category reports or to export the selective report only. A separate CSV file is also created for each category like top-sender.csv, attachments.csv, summary.csv.
